Expert Witness in Tax Matters

Practicing tax law for over 30 years with an LL.M. in taxation from the New York University graduate tax program and as a former CPA has allowed Mr. Fromm the opportunity to function as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases involving tax matters.  He has served as an expert witness in the following areas of the law:
